Thomas Lambert Outreach Fund

Started by loving members of his family, The Thomas Lambert Outreach Fund began one year ago in memory of Tom Lambert. He was an active, long time member of the church, over the years involved in Trustees, Session, and just about every church function. He loved people and had a passion for helping others. His family felt that the best way to keep his spirit alive in the church was to create a sustainable outreach fund in his name that touches local people.

This year the family, along with members of Larison’s Corner, gave gift cards to a very deserving man who lost his home. These cards helped him assist his mother in making the transition to an assisted living facility. He was very grateful for the grocery, Walmart and gasoline gift cards that have helped him go to work and visit his mother now that she is in an assisted living facility.

Every year in November, the anniversary of Tom’s death, the congregation donates to the fund and chooses a worthy recipient. The family hopes that this fund will continue to touch the lives of many in the Lambertville, Ringoes and Flemington Area.
