Local Outreach

Larison’s Corner Church continues to serve the community in a variety of ways as it has done throughout its over 200-year history.

We hope that you will consider a contribution to support Larison’s Corner Outreach and Mission to those who need assistance at Christmas and throughout the year.

Beautifully hand-crafted Duck Carvings by Jeff Lambert are being sold to benefit the Flemington Food Pantry in memory of Marlene’s mother, Marian Esposito. All proceeds from this fundraiser go to support the food pantry. There are two ways to do so
1-Donate $50 or more directly to the food pantry at: https://flemingtonfoodpantry.org/donate. Use the “Memory of” tab and write Marian’s Quackers within the “in memory of” box. Once you make the online donation, call 908-788-3648 for delivery
2- Purchase a hand-crafted Jeff Lambert Duck Carving directly from Jeff/Marlene Lambert and the proceeds will go to Quackers for Crackers at the Flemington Food Pantry.

See Marlene for more info or call 908-788-3648.

Lois Riggs and Lysa Reiter will be putting together Blessing Boxes for shut-ins and those struggling. Bakers are needed, donations are needed, etc.

Reach out to Lois or Lysa if you are willing to help bake, shop, assemble or deliver. Help put a smile on those who need loving care from us.

Contact Lois Riggs or Pastor Courtney if you would like to help.

Kirkpatrick Memorial Presbyterian is helping struggling families with food/item needs. They are giving families a bag of food/supplies each month with the following items: cereal, pancake mix and syrup, peanut butter and jelly, mac and cheese, pasta and sauce, tuna, soup, Chef Boyardee, toilet paper and paper towels.

There is a drop-box at Larison’s for items to be given so you can bring them to our church and we will deliver them. Please place donations in the bin outside the BACK DOOR/SIDE entrance of the church.

Also, please continue to spread the word about the Blessing Box.  If you know of families that need help, please contact Kirkpatrick Presbyterian Church at 908.782.1177 or admin@kirkpatrickchurch.org
Kirkpatrick Presbyterian is located at 37 John Ringo Road, Ringoes NJ, 08551

LASAGNA LOVE- Benefit from a Meal or Offer a Meal to Others
Lasagna Love is a nationwide grassroots movement of kindness that aims to positively impact communities ny connecting neighbors with neighbors through homemade meal delivery. We also seek to eliminate stigmas associated with asking for help -especially for moms- when it is needed most. It’s easy to sign-up so please share this resource with those who may need a meal or who may benefit from giving to others! TO learn more, visit http://www.lasagnalove.org

The Thomas Lambert fund collection is for the month of November. Donations submitted
will be used to support individuals in need and worthwhile causes during the Christmas Season. Thomas Lambert was a dedicated and faithful member of Larison’s Corner for many years
and his life had a great impact on our church and in our community. This collection honors his life and legacy. Checks should be made out to Larison’s Corner with a note in the memo
saying, “Thomas Lambert Fund.” Or cash in an envelope with a note on the outside,
saying, “Thomas Lambert Fund.”

Our church will donate the Christmas Eve offering to the Flemington Area Food Pantry to help those in need. Even if you cannot be in worship, donations will be accepted to this important cause.

Due to Covid19, Fisherman’s Mark is NOT collecting items this year.
