Salmon Burger

Fish Dishes

Ingredients

  • 1¼ lb. salmon cut into “1” cubes
  • 1 tbsp lemon mayonnaise
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • ¼ cup parsley
  • 2tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup panko bread crumbs
  • ¾ tsp each, salt and pepper

Directions

In a food processor combine salmon, mayonnaise, parsley, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper. Mix leaving salmon in chunks. Add panko and mix thoroughly without breaking up salmon. Using a ice cream scoop form a ball into a patty.

Grill on a hot grill

This is fantastic and very unusual!
