Casserole
Prep 1 hr. ∙ Cook 3 hrs. ∙ Makes 6-9 ∙ Source Mom’s recipe
Ingredients
- dried beef, medium can
- boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- bacon
- cream of mushroom soup
- sour cream
- Uncle Ben’s Long Grain Wild Rice OR
Brown Rice using chicken broth & water - chicken broth
Directions
Line baking dish w/dried beef
Roll up chicken breast & wrap w ½ slice of bacon
Mix in a bowl: 1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 Small sour cream (8 oz)
Teriyaki – TBSP or so – optional
Pour mixture over the top
Bake slow oven 250° for three hours
Serve with the rice options
