Ingredients
4 oz. soft Philadelphia brand cream cheese
1 cup confectioner’s sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter (I like Smuckers Natural)
1/2 cup of milk
Graham Cracker Crust Ingredients
1-1/2 cups finely ground graham cracker crumbs (I use a rolling pin for this)
1/3 cup white sugar
6 tablespoons melted butter
Up to ½ tsp finely ground cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg
Directions
Mix until smooth with an electric mixer
Fold in 8 oz. thawed Cool Whip and pour into a store-bought graham cracker crust then freeze.
Top with whipped cream, if you so desire. (Who wouldn’t?)
If you have extra time you can make your own graham cracker crust just as easily using the above ingredients. Simply mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, melted butter and cinnamon and nutmeg until well blended. Form mixture into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake in a preheated oven at 375° for 6 or 7 minutes. Let cool in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
Notes
Decadent. My family loves this!
