Ingredients:
Multigrain, sourdough or french bread
1 Avocado sliced or mashed
salt, pepper garlic powder or garlic salt to taste
Eggs: one or two depending upon your appetite

Directions:
The kind of bread doesn’t matter much. I know a lot of people use sourdough bread, but I personally do not like that very much, so I suggest any type of whole grain, maybe even multigrain. After toasting the bread, I put a little bit of coconut oil on it. (This gives it a nice flavor.) I occasionally use butter when I don’t feel like being healthy. From there I spread the avocado on, add salt, pepper and some garlic powder (garlic salt works too). I add the over easy egg on top when I’m really feeling fancy and have time to prepare, sit down and truly enjoy it.
Notes:
I have enjoyed this one as a treat in college, but it doesn’t happen often. If you were adventurous, you could use poached eggs in place of the over easy variety.
